Setting up your buyer account
A step-by-step walkthrough — from creating your sign-in to your first order.
- Your work email — confirmation links and sign-in codes are sent there.
- Registered company name, address, country of registration, primary contact, key authorized persons and legal representative.
- Banking details: bank name, IBAN / account number, SWIFT / BIC.
- The products you want to buy and expected monthly volume in metric tons (MT).
- Logistics companies you work with and any delivery requirements.
- Compliance documents: bank reference letter, certificate of incorporation, directors' ID documents, proof of trading address, sanctions screening consent and trading licenses.
